We are looking for a passionate dedicated and organized individual to join our Plymouth Nathan Lane team as a Value Stream Program this role you will lead the project development planning risk assessment and issue tracking for one of Medtronics value streams.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to successfully deliver projects on time assess deliverable trade-offs and leverage the PMO governance to ensure VS Program Managers in this role demonstrate strong program management skills communication well organized and able to work under pressure.
As theValue Stream Program Manager you will:
Lead andleveragecross functional teams to evaluatedevelopand manage projects for key business processes.
Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as the liaison between project management and planning project team and line management.
Review the status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
Monitor the project from initiation through delivery.
Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity quality and client-satisfaction goals andobjectives.
Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers line managers and clients.
Gather and work on requirements planning elicitation and management to ensure alignment with project initiatives and stakeholders.
Communicate with and enable stakeholder engagement to ensure end products and processes meet business goals and initiatives.
MinimumRequirements
Bachelors degree iswith a minimum of 5 years of business process/program management experience
OR an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of business process/program management experience
Nice to Have
Experience in project/program management in medical industry and/or medical device industry
Experience with reportingprogramand/or portfolio management/skills andmanaging throughrisk mitigations.
PMPPgPMPfPM Lean Six Sigma certifications
Experience implementing or executing Operational Excellence strategy new process tools and program and/or portfolio dashboards
Excellent mitigation management and problem-solving skills.
Strong communicationand relationship skills
Strong presentation skills both delivery and development
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tool suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Visio SharePoint PowerAppsPowerBI Project Teams)
