As a key clinician on our home health team you will:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active unrestricted OT license in Illinois
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
Willingness to travel within the Des Plaines coverage area
Reliable transportation valid drivers license & proof of auto insurance
Ability to lift 50100 lbs and perform physical patient care tasks
$81000 $111000 annually
Compensation may include bonuses additional earnings for work beyond quota and performancebased incentives. Actual pay is determined by experience education skills and local market factors.
