This includes maintaining and updating HR databases generating reports on employee metrics and performing data validation to ensure accuracy. The student will collaborate with the HR team to assist in tracking recruitment retention and employee performance trends. Additionally the role may involve assisting in the development and implementation of datadriven HR strategies and preparing visual presentations of HR findings to assist leadership in making informed decisions.
QualificationsApplicants must be currently enrolled in a degree program with a focus in Human Resources Business Administration Data Analytics or a related field. A strong understanding of data analysis principles proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) preferred. Strong attention to detail analytical thinking and effective communication skills are essential. Applicants should be self-motivated able to manage time effectively and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
