What You Will Do
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and provide accurate sales updates and forecasts for assigned territories.
- Conduct product presentations evaluations and inservice training in operating theatres to support product adoption and expand the sales funnel.
- Identify business opportunities and develop account strategies to drive territory growth.
- Manage tender submissions documentation and responses to RFQs.
- Track and report market trends competitor activity and customer insights to support commercial decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders including surgeons nurse managers biomedical teams and procurement departments.
- Execute local sales strategies aligned with national MedSurg business objectives.
- Prepare periodic sales performance analysis highlighting results forecasts and critical issues.
- Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions conferences and other key customer events.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Biomedical Engineering Biotechnology Biomedicine Health Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience. Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for Senior Sales Specialist position
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel within assigned territories.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in medical devices orthopedics or medical equipment.
- Experience supporting product demonstrations or cases in operating theatres especially in Orthopedics or Neurosurgery.
Travel Percentage: 30%
