Job Description:
Microchip Technologys fast-growing Analog business unit is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Test Engineer to join our Mixed Signal and Linear team in Chandler this role you will play a critical part in bringing new analog and mixed-signal products to market including ADCs DACs Digital Potentiometers Temperature Sensors and Operational Amplifiers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an international New Product Introduction (NPI) team to successfully release new products to market.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and provide testability recommendations during the product design phase.
- Design and implement Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions (hardware and software) for validation qualification characterization probe and high-volume final test.
- Provide schematic and layout input to CAD engineers for the development of Probe and Final Test (FT) loadboards.
- Debug new silicon and deliver feedback to the development team.
- Support factory teams in debugging maintaining and enhancing existing test solutions.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electronics Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in developing analog/mixed-signal hardware and ATE programs.
- Proficiency in C C and VBA programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of circuit design circuit debugging and simulation.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to four weeks 12 times per year).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The annual base salary range for this position which could be performed in the US is $70304 - $205000.**Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location skills and experience.
