• Create cost and execute seasonal menus and daily specials for the a la carte restaurant
• Prepare and oversee all food production including sauces soups proteins vegetables starches salads and sushi
• Ensure food quality consistency portion control and timely service
• Oversee restaurant buffet setups presentation breakdown and special events
• Maintain high standards of sanitation food safety and kitchen cleanliness
• Assist with hiring scheduling training and supervising culinary staff
• Order kitchen supplies and assist with monthly inventory
• Minimize food waste and loss through proper controls
• Interact professionally with members and guests delivering excellent customer service
• Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• 35 years of experience as a Restaurant Chef or Sous Chef (private club experience preferred)
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts preferred
• ServSafe Certified
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and professionalism
• Availability to work nights weekends and holidays

• Salary: $65000$68000 annually based on experience
• Health insurance after 30 days (medical dental vision life disability)
