Job Description:

Leads the development/design/delivery of effective talent acquisition and diversity strategies plans and programs for a portfolio and acts as a subject matter expert in own area of expertise.

What Youll Do

• Act as a trusted Talent Advisor for your portfolio using deep market and business insight to guide smart hiring decisions.

• Lead the full recruitment cycle delivering a smooth positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

• Build proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines that attract diverse highquality talentboth active and passive.

• Share insights on market trends talent gaps and opportunities to influence hiring approaches.

• Use data and recruitment metrics to refine strategies and advise leaders.

• Strengthen TDs brand by cultivating industry networks and representing the bank at recruiting events.

• Partner closely with HR and business leaders to understand needs and shape effective sourcing plans.

• Follow recruitment policies processes and regulatory requirements with strong risk awareness.

• Lead or support special projects and provide expertise on talentrelated initiatives.

• Help resolve escalations quickly and effectively.

• Communicate openly keep partners updated and contribute to a positive work culture.

• Represent TD proudly both internally and externally.

What You Bring

• Undergraduate degree

• 7 years of talent acquisition or related experience in a large enterprise

• 4 years experience recruiting for senior level technology roles

• Expertise in specialized hiring portfolios (AI/Cyber Security)

• Confidence working independently as a subject matter expert

• Strong relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to guide stakeholders
