Shift: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM 4 10-hour shifts
Schedule: Every other weekend & holidays as required
On-Call: None
Floating: Not required
Weekly Hours: 40
Compensation
Local: Up to $2300/week
Travel: Up to $2650/week
Position Summary
A outpatient dialysis provideris seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to deliver high-quality patient-centered care in an outpatient dialysis setting. This role focuses on patient assessment care planning treatment implementation and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe effective dialysis care.
Responsibilities
Assess monitor and evaluate patients throughout dialysis treatments
Develop implement and document individualized nursing care plans
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage overall patient care
Initiate and update assessments based on patient needs physician orders and clinical findings
Coordinate care with physicians PCTs and interdisciplinary team members
Document nursing care in accordance with professional standards and clinical priorities
Advocate for and apply evidence-based nursing practices
Deliver patient-centered care aligned with professional nursing standards
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of outpatient dialysis experience
Minimum 1 year of ICH dialysis experience
Proficiency with Fresenius T machines and portable RO systems
Preferred Skills & Experience
Prior telemetry and chronic hemodialysis experience
Ability to manage:
A 3-patient assignment for initiation and discontinuation of treatment
A 9-patient assignment with support from 2 PCTs for medication administration and assessments
Education
Required: Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN)
Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Certifications & Licensure
Active New Jersey RN License or Multistate Compact License (Required)
BLS Certification (AHA Required)
