TheHR ManagerleveragesHRexpertiseto architect and drive talent strategies fostering a culture of trust respect and commitment. This role aligns HR priorities with businessobjectives ensuring the organizations structure jobs and skillssupportlong-term goals while providing meaningful career experiences for employees.

You will report directly tothe ISC VP ofHRandyoullwork out of ourPhoenix AZlocation on aHybridwork schedule.



Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizational Design & Workforce Planning

  • Ensure company structure roles and skills align with strategic goals.
  • Develop and manage workforce strategies to deliver business results.
  • Assess and manage labor costs and efficiency.
  • Lead organizational change adapting to marketevolutionand new ways of working.

Talent Strategy & Management

  • Design and implement innovative talent solutions for recruitment development and retention.
  • Set and calibrate performance expectations across teams.
  • Maintainhealthy and realistic succession plans.
  • Identifyand enable career growth opportunities within the business
  • Communicate and align talent plans with Regional HR Partners HR Transformation Leaders and Centers of Excellence.

Leadership Partnership & Coaching

  • Partner withExecutiveleaders in Aero Integrated Supply Chain .
  • Provide candid unbiased coaching advice and feedback to leaders.
  • Influence leaders to foster workforce engagement and a culture of well-being inclusion andglobal mindset.



Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of4 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies procedures and best practices.
  • Experience in talent acquisition employee relations performance management and employee development.
  • Proficiencyin HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration ora relatedfield.
  • Proventrack recordof successfully leading and managing HR teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
