Whats the role
The Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Reporting team partners with risk class subject matter experts to generate data-driven insights from Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and elevate key messages through excellent presentation and visualisation skills.
As an Analyst you will support NFR Reporting team colleagues to extract meaningful insights from KRIs. Your ability to analyse complex data to identify trends and develop clear actionable messagessupported by strong presentation and visualisation skillswill be a key success factor. Youll proactively engage with internal partners to plan manage and report on a schedule of deliverables ensuring alignment with business priorities.
What do I need
- 3 years demonstrated experience in preparing Management Information to focus attention on key insights and support decision making (essential)
- Demonstrated experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau to enable continuous monitoring (essential)
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Strong problem-solving skills to connect the dots and identify reporting solutions
- A sound understanding of risk concepts frameworks policies and procedures
