Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic entrepreneurial product manager who is passionate about bringing the power of Generative AI to Amazon businesses and our customers. If you enjoy leading technical product innovation to build products used by all Amazon teams and AWS customers then join our team. We are looking for a customer obsessed product manager who enjoys diving deep with customers to innovate on their behalf and developing model capabilities the raise the bar for Amazon Nova Models.
You will be the voice of the customer and responsible for driving a product roadmap that enables Amazon to build the most capable Foundation Models and the most compelling agentic capabilities and runtime features. You will have the responsibility of inventing on behalf of our customers and advocating for their needs throughout design build and launch. This position has a high level of visibility so you will need to be able to communicate clearly and compellingly at all levels of the company. Additionally you will be responsible for measuring business impact by diving deep into metrics and customer inputs. You should have a positive attitude and strong work ethic; you will work fast and smart and adapt and iterate quickly.
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
