About the Role

WeWork India is seeking a Lead Recruiter to drive full-cycle hiring with a strong focus on Technology roles along with exposure to Non-Tech hiring. This role partners closely with business leaders to deliver high-quality talent through modern sourcing strategies strong prioritization and data-backed decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for Tech roles (Engineering Product Data IT etc.) and select Non-Tech roles across WeWork India.

  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs define role requirements and build targeted hiring strategies.

  • Effectively prioritize hiring needs based on business criticality while operating in a fast-paced environment.

  • Build strong talent pipelines through modern sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search referrals social platforms niche communities and passive talent sourcing.

  • Conduct resume screening and initial assessments; guide hiring managers through interview and selection processes.

  • Manage candidate communication across the hiring lifecycle including offer discussions and negotiations.

  • Act as a trusted hiring advisor providing market insights and influencing hiring decisions.

  • Leverage data and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill source effectiveness funnel health) to drive hiring outcomes and continuous improvement.

  • Manage requisitions and reporting through the ATS (Trakstar) and ensure process adherence.

  • Uphold a high bar for culture and competency-based hiring; educate hiring managers on WeWork Indias interviewing standards.

  • Support employer branding efforts referral programs internal mobility and inclusion & diversity hiring initiatives.

  • Act as a brand ambassador for WeWork India in the external talent market.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 46 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a primary focus on Tech hiring and exposure to Non-Tech roles.

  • MBA in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex hiring independently taking ownership of multiple roles and guiding the recruitment process from start to finish.

  • Strong expertise in advanced sourcing and full-cycle recruiting.

  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Comfortable working with data dashboards and hiring metrics.

  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
