Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Sterilisation Technician to join our highperforming Sterilisation Services team supporting St Vincents Lismore clinical departments.

This role is a critical part of the surgical process requiring a strong eye for detail the ability to meet timesensitive demands and a collaborative approach to delivering safe highquality outcomes.

About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for the cleaning assembly inspection wrapping and sterilisation of surgical instruments and medical equipment to support operating theatres and clinical services.

You will work closely with your team to ensure seamless workflow across multiple Operating Theatre areas while maintaining the highest standards of quality safety and customer service within the sterilisation department.

About you

Certificate III in Sterilising Services (HLT3701501) essential
Previous experience working as a Sterilisation Technician
Proven ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
A commitment to continuous improvement and best practice
The ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
