Job Summary
Our strategy strengthens our position as a trusted partner for key customers and partners in the market. Now we are looking for you who both practice modern management and have solid experience with project management.
Your most important tasks will be:
- Daily employee management and team development with a focus on motivation well-being and high performance
- Taking responsibility for daily operations resource allocation and project management
- Supporting our employees professional and personal development through training sparring and career development
- Strengthening delivery quality and ensuring high professionalism and efficiency across projects
- Supporting our management team including supporting the Department Manager with business planning target management and budget follow-up
- Collaboration and coordination with internal and external partners
In addition you will strengthen the business through close relationships with our customers with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Reporting directly to our Department Manager you will be a key colleague in our management team while also having the opportunity to run individual projects yourself.
Qualifications :
We expect that you have a background as an addition you bring significant experience as a Project Manager as well as experience as a day-to-day manager for Project Managers or specialists. If you have experience from utilities or the construction industry it will be a great advantage.
We also emphasize that you:
- Have a documented ability to ensure delivery quality customer satisfaction and effective project management
- Have a strong business understanding and insight into quotation and project work
- Are good at communicating and handling stakeholders with a focus on customer contact
- Are proficient in Danish and English at a high level both verbally and in writing
You are motivated by becoming successful together with your team at the intersection of management and project management. You take the lead and you work purposefully and proactively. It is natural for you to contribute to well-being and a good working environment.
