Team Red Dog is seeking a Design Specialist (PowerPoint & AI Content) to support a premier enterprise technology client and their AI-powered content initiatives. This is a contract opportunity for a highly skilled visual designer with deep PowerPoint expertise who is excited to shape how AI generates refines and elevates presentation content used by millions of users worldwide.

PowerPoint design expertise (34 years) creating high-quality multi-slide presentations templates and visual systems aligned to best practices.
Graphic and visual design experience (34 years) with strong command of typography layout color composition and presentation storytelling.
Design best practices and content evaluation skills including reviewing refining and rating presentation quality for clarity hierarchy and visual impact.

Opportunity Overview:
This role sits at the intersection of design and AI helping shape how presentation content is generated at scale. You will contribute directly to improving AI-driven PowerPoint outputs by developing design systems templates and visual standards that ensure quality consistency and accessibility across a wide range of use cases.

How you will make an impact:
Develop presentation templates and slide components optimized for AI compatibility and user empathy.
Create and maintain detailed visual specifications including styles layouts and design rules to guide AI outputs.
Evaluate both human-generated and AI-generated slides for clarity hierarchy composition and consistency.
Refine slides and presentations to reduce ambiguity and improve visual quality at scale.
Document design guidelines accessibility standards and inclusivity checks for internal and partner use.
Collaborate with designers product managers and content teams to implement feedback loops and quality checkpoints.
Pilot new AI-driven features and provide insights to improve visual outcomes and design workflows.

The expertise you bring:
Bachelors degree in Design Fine Arts Visual Communication or a related creative field.
35 years of graphic or visual design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong presentation design judgment.
12 years of experience working with AI-generated content design prompts or text-to-presentation workflows.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to incorporate feedback quickly and iterate in fast-moving experimental environments.
