Location: Salisbury
Salary: 1500 Joining Bonus 14.90 per hour
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Service Users: YPs EBD SEMH Trauma CSE CCE
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce (or willingness to complete)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 1 year in a residential childrens home

The Home:
Who we are looking for
An experienced and confident Senior Residential Support Worker who can lead shifts supervise staff and deliver high-quality child-centred care. You will support young people in daily routines hobbies social activities and skill development while helping them reach their full potential.
You will also:
Lead and manage shifts effectively
Manage the home in the absence of the Deputy or Registered Manager
Conduct staff supervisions and support inductions
Oversee health & safety processes and risk assessments
Take responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have access to a car
You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care this is not deemed equivalent
You only have Healthcare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered
