ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a drivenPPA Advisorto join our team inAmsterdamLondonor Madrid. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial professional withdeepexperience in renewable energy Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) or related energy contracts whoisexcited about building and expanding a robust pipeline of corporate opportunities. You will work closely with STXs trading origination sustainability advisory and product teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive strategic growth with corporate clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead origination and structuring of renewable energy PPAs (corporate andutility-scale) and related long-term offtake agreements.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline of qualifiedcorporatePPA opportunities from lead generation through contract execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate clientsalongside the Strive corporate accounts teamunderstanding sustainability goals energy needs risk tolerance and financial priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with trading risk legal and sustainability advisory teams to design integrated client solutions that align with broader environmental commodity strategies.
• Conduct market and policy analysis to inform product development client recommendations and strategic positioning.
• Represent STX Group at industry events client meetings and strategic forums to build brand visibility and thought leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the organization.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5years of experience in renewable energy PPAs energy markets structured sales or energy/commodity origination.
• Proventrack recordofnegotiatingand closing PPA transactions or complex structured energy deals.
• Strong understanding ofEuropeanpower markets renewable energy technologies and corporatedecarbonization challenges
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building pipelinesidentifyingnew market opportunities andgrowing STXs role as a leader in renewable power
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills when engaging with senior corporate stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced globally distributed team.
