Job Summary

  • This assignment provides a diverse experience in the functions and needs of a rubber manufacturing group. The selected individual will be involved in the support of the Lincoln Manufacturing Facility.
  • The student can expect to be exposed to the following
    • Large Facility Electrical Infrastructure
    • Rockwell and Kepware programming
    • Electrical and Facility Schematics (AutoCad)
    • Manufacturing processes (Rubber Mixing Prep and Industrial Belt Production)
    • Quality Systems (ISO9000)
    • Lean Manufacturing Principles
    • Systematic Problem-solving tools
    • Selecting and ordering of production support supplies

Qualifications :

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
Minimum GPA 3.0; 15 credit hours completed
Minimum 1.5 years of remaining undergraduate studies

DESIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
2 years remaining till completion of a Bachelors degree.
Electrical Engineering major is preferred.


Additional Information :

Must be able to work at least 15 hours per week. 

Ability to flex up to 40 hours per week when school is not in session.
