A well-established orthopedic practice in Connecticut is expanding its therapy team and seeking a motivated Physical Therapist for its Meriden location. Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Meriden CT
Salary Benefits: $45 to $65/hour (approximately $93600$135200 annually) $3000 sign-on bonus after 90 days comprehensive benefits package PTO 401(k) and more.
Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
Deliver high-quality outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to a diverse caseload.
Maintain a schedule of approximately 14 patients per day within an 8-hour timeframe.
Coordinate patient care with physicians assistants and support staff.
Utilize evidence-based practice to create personalized treatment plans.
Document all patient interactions in accordance with standards and compliance guidelines.
Contribute to a high-volume fast-paced clinic while ensuring top-tier patient outcomes.
Work within a flexible schedule between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM including one later shift.
Requirements of the Physical Therapist:
Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Strong interest in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
Ability to thrive in a busy outpatient environment.
Excellent interpersonal multitasking and communication skills.
