Job Summary

As a Data Scientist working on commercial and pricing youll play a key role in shaping how we use AI machine learning and advanced analytics to solve real business challenges and improve decisionmaking across the group. What youll be doing:
- Designing developing and deploying machine learning and AI solutions across the full model lifecycle
- Extracting transforming and analysing data to generate reliable actionable insights
- Collaborating with colleagues to translate business needs into datadriven solutions
- Applying bestpractice coding testing and MLOps techniques to ensure scalable robust delivery
- Staying current with emerging technologies including Generative AI and Agentic AI
- Ensuring responsible use of data and AI by following governance and compliance standards
- Communicating findings clearly through dashboards visualisations and presentations
- Contributing to initiatives that improve customer experience and outcomes
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Experience in Data Science Machine Learning or Advanced Analytics (typically 3 years)
- Strong programming skills in Python or R
- Solid understanding of statistical modelling probability and computational algorithms
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational or graph databases
- Knowledge of ML frameworks (e.g. scikitlearn TensorFlow PyTorch)
- Experience working with cloud platforms preferably Azure
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams to deliver measurable value
