Medical Affairs Manager Respiratory (m/w/d)

Der/die Medical Affairs Manager (MAM) Respiratory ist die wissenschaftliche Schnittstelle zu externen Experten Gesundheitsorganisationen medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Fachgesellschaften sowie dem medizinischen Außendienst und fokussiert sich auf die Betreuung von Patienten mit refraktärem chronischem Husten. Unter der Leitung des Medical Affairs Lead unterstützt der/die MAM die lokale medizinische Implementierung der globalen Strategie innerhalb eines Produktbereichs und trägt zur Optimierung der Patientenversorgung bei.

Hauptaufgaben

• Planung und Management von medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Projekten zur Verbesserung der Patientenversorgung.
• Mitverantwortung bei der Erstellung des Medical Plans bzw. Medical Launch Plans
• Identifizierung von Evidenz- und Versorgungslücken sowie Entwicklung von Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.
• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung wissenschaftlicher Netzwerke durch evidenzbasierte ausgewogene Dialoge.
• Unterstützung des medizinischen Außendienstes durch Bereitstellung wissenschaftlicher Materialien für ergebnisorientierte Gespräche.
• Organisation und Durchführung von medizinischen Projekten Fortbildungsveranstaltungen und GSK-Veranstaltungsprojekten.
• Beantwortung medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Anfragen von Ärzten Apothekern und anderen externen Kunden.
• Teilnahme an Kongressen und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen sowie Repräsentanz an medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Informationsständen.
• Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung und Kommunikation mit potenziellen Studienzentren sowie Trainings zu wissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen.

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

• Medizinische pharmazeutische oder naturwissenschaftliche Hochschulausbildung vorzugsweise mit abgeschlossener Promotion.
• Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie idealerweise im jeweiligen Indikationsgebiet
• Erfahrungen in der medizinischen Launch-Vorbereitung für eine Indikation bzw. Produkt
• Verständnis des Gesundheitswesens und pharmazeutischer Ethik sowie Kenntnisse in Compliance-Richtlinien.
• Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationstechniken.
• Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
• Grundkenntnisse im Finanz- und Budgetmanagement sowie Reisebereitschaft.
