About the Role

WeWork India is looking for a Non-Tech Recruiter with strong experience in volume hiring to support hiring across Community Sales Real Estate Business Development Finance and Operations functions. This role will focus on delivering high-volume high-quality hiring outcomes through structured processes strong stakeholder partnerships and data-driven execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Non-Tech roles across Community Sales Real Estate Business Development Finance and other business functions.

• Drive volume hiring while maintaining quality speed and candidate experience.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements workforce plans and hiring timelines.

• Prioritize hiring needs based on business criticality and manage changing requirements effectively.

• Build talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels including job boards social media referrals vendor partnerships walk-ins and local hiring initiatives.

• Conduct resume screening telephonic interviews and candidate assessments; coordinate interview processes.

• Manage offer rollouts negotiations and candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.

• Track and manage requisitions through the ATS and maintain accurate hiring data and reports.

• Use recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill cost-per-hire source effectiveness and offer-to-join ratios to improve hiring efficiency.

• Support employer branding employee referral programs internal mobility and diversity hiring initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in Non-Tech recruitment with strong exposure to volume hiring.

• MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or related field (preferred).

• Should be open for a contractual role

• Experience hiring for industries such as co-working spaces real estate hospitality sales-driven businesses or similar high-growth environments is preferred.

• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.

• Data-oriented mindset with comfort using hiring metrics to track performance.

• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
