Job Summary

- Interact with customers by phone email and social medias to provide and process information in response to inquiries concerns and requests about products and services.

- Resolve customer complaints regarding defective items and arrange for these items to be returned.

- Understands all aspects of the companys policies and communicates and executes them effectively.

 


Qualifications :

-Constant improvement of processes and procedures by taking initiative

-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Multi-Tasking organized and detail oriented

-Telephone skills

-Communication skills-verbal and written- French & English

-Listening skills

-Problem analysis and problem-solving

-Customer service orientation

-Minimum 2 year experience
