We are looking for:
Workday Developer
Your future role:
- Manage the product lifecycle within Workday HCM (Core HCM and Recruiting)
- Develop product roadmaps prioritize features and manage releases
- Design and deliver product solutions from concept to end-of-life
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across cultures and time zones
- Manage and coach Product Owners within the scrum team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with system architecture risk legal and operations teams
- Apply design thinking principles and maintain a customer-first mindset.
Apply if you have:
- A high school diploma
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in product management or product delivery within Workday or related areas
- Knowledge of product management processes including roadmap creation and release management
- Ability to work independently plan tasks and manage stakeholder expectations
- Strong English communication skills both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
- A Bachelors degree
- Certifications such as AIPMM Certified Product Manager or Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO)
- Familiarity with product management tools and agile methodologies.
