We are looking for:
Workday Developer

Your future role:

  • Manage the product lifecycle within Workday HCM (Core HCM and Recruiting)
  • Develop product roadmaps prioritize features and manage releases
  • Design and deliver product solutions from concept to end-of-life
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across cultures and time zones
  • Manage and coach Product Owners within the scrum team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with system architecture risk legal and operations teams
  • Apply design thinking principles and maintain a customer-first mindset.

Apply if you have:

  • A high school diploma
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in product management or product delivery within Workday or related areas
  • Knowledge of product management processes including roadmap creation and release management
  • Ability to work independently plan tasks and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Strong English communication skills both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

  • A Bachelors degree
  • Certifications such as AIPMM Certified Product Manager or Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO)
  • Familiarity with product management tools and agile methodologies.
