Job Summary and Responsibilities
As the Clinical Operations Project Manager you will coordinate clinical and operational projects as assigned by senior concert with operations leadership the Project Manager retrieves and analyzes data and presents reports to management for use in supporting clinic operation objectives. They collect data from numerous sources and in various formats and translate it into a standard presentable format. They analyze the data and provide written documentation and recommendations for improvement.
The Clinical Operations Project Manager provides administrative project support and facilitation such as scheduling preparing presentations monitoring timelines facilitating progress attending meetings and acting as a liaison to various departments and organizations. They communicate any issues problems or information to project team members or senior management and recommend solutions. They monitor and evaluate project activity and report on progress to operations and Medical Group leadership. They coordinate and monitor clinic operations projects from initiation through delivery and assign duties to stakeholders as appropriate. The Project Manager ensures assigned projects are completed as scheduled and within budget.
***This position is hybrid work from home and in-clinic in the Greater Sacramento CA region.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in a clinic or medical environment and/or 5 years experience in a financial/ analysis position.
- HS diploma or GED
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word and ability to use/learn company specialized software and hardware.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry services and products.
- Excellent customer service written verbal and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in a clinic or medical environment and/or 7 years experience in a financial/analysis position preferred
- Bachelors degree in Finance Epidemiology or related healthcare field preferred
- Proficiency in Google Workspace strongly preferred
- Experience working directly with healthcare executives preferred
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently preferred
