Job Summary

Job Description:
Covenant Ability Network of Minnesota (CAN of MN) is currently hiring for 2 full-time Direct Support Professionals in the Hugo/White Bear Lakes MN area!

Job Responsibilities:

Assist individuals with daily living skills household tasks personal hygiene budgeting and medication administration.
Transport and accompany residents in community activities recreation and leisure activities. Company vehicles provided.
Provide and maintain a safe environment while implementing behavior management skills.
Assisting individuals periodically throughout the overnight shift.
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for individuals.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

High School DiplomaGED or equivalent.
Valid drivers license
Must pass DHS background study
Required: experience working with individuals with high behaviors and behavior intervention techniques
Passionate about serving others!

Full-Time Hours (40 hours):

Weekdays: Monday-Friday 2pm - 10pm

Benefits:

Level II DSP:$20.00 hourly on Weekdays / $21.00 hourly on Weekends
