Qualifications :
For the Junior Project Controller position the ideal applicant will possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in Project Management Business Management or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply as are those with some initial project control experience.
- A foundational understanding of project management principles and practices. While extensive experience is not required a willingness to learn and grow in the role is essential.
- Good IT skills are essential for the position. MS Project experience would be beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing project needs and provide high-quality support across various tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong time management skills with a proven track record of delivering work on schedule and meeting project deadlines.
- A proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and the initiative to propose and implement enhancements to project processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders at all levels.

Additional Information :
This role has a salary of between 28000 and 33000 depending on experience plus our flexible benefits package.
We are open to this role being spent with time working from home and in the office (hybrid - typically 3 days working in office) on a weekly basis or fully in our offices.
