Job Summary

Job Title: Registered Manager Childrens Home

Location: Leicester
Salary: 51500 per annum 7500 Welcome Bonus
Working Hour: 37.5 hours per week
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs EBD SEMH Trauma CSE CCE
Qualifications Required:

  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young Peoples Workforce

  • QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childrens Services (or willing to undertake)
    Experience in Years Required: Extensive experience in childrens residential care management
    Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

A Registered Manager who can:

  • Manage a warm safe and supportive home environment

  • Ensure compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations and deliver high-quality care

  • Lead motivate and support a dedicated team

  • Manage budgets resources and the home environment

  • Safeguard young people and liaise with professionals to achieve positive outcomes

  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure the homes statement of purpose is fulfilled

You must have:

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Extensive leadership and management experience in childrens residential care

  • Strong understanding of legislation and safeguarding procedures

  • Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills

  • Commitment to providing a nurturing and empowering environment
