Job Summary
- To manage and coordinate lean manufacturing in Western Digital.
- Develop and train lean manufacturing leads in various department
- Plan and implement lean manufacturing in organization.
- Create lean activities timeline execution and effectiveness of lean manufacturing
- Resposible to meet all required KPI based on lean implementation.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Electronic Mechanical Industrial Production Engineering or any related fields.
- Minimum 5- 10 years experience in EMS or electronics and related field.
- Ability to work cross functionally to accomplish objectives
- Possess strong communication skills & project management acumen.
- Basic lean manufacturing knowledge from any manufacturing/semicon industries.
PREFERRED:
- Experienced on Lean Manufacturing Kaizen 6 Sigma (green belt).
- Good analytical skills positive personality and takes initiative
- Proactive in teamwork and independent work
- Hands on experience in managing and implementing lean manufacturing/semicon in any organization.
