Job Summary
Job Title: Test Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3 Years
Education: Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
The Test Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing test solutions for oscillator products including TCXO and DCXO. The role involves ATE test program development improving test efficiency debugging test issues and implementing automation for production testing.
Key Responsibilities Test Development-
Develop and maintain test plans and test methodologies for oscillator products (TCXO DCXO).

Define test coverage and characterization strategies for production and validation.

Develop and maintain test programs on ATE platforms such as Eagle UltraFlex and Advantest 93k.

Support new product introduction (NPI) and production test program release.

Improve test efficiency through:
-
Test time reduction
-
Parallel testing techniques
-
Optimization of ATE resources.
-

Debug failures during characterization and production.
-
Work with design product and manufacturing teams to resolve test issues.
-
Develop scripts to automate test flows data collection and analysis.
-
Improve test infrastructure through automation and tooling enhancements.

Understanding of oscillator testing (TCXO DCXO) or similar analog / mixed signal devices.

Experience with ATE based semiconductor testing.
Hands-on experience with one or more:

Teradyne UltraFlex
-
Teradyne Eagle
-
Advantest V93000 (93K)
-
Experience in test program development
-
Scripting experience using Python / Perl / Tcl / similar automation tools
-
Strong debugging capability for ATE test failures
-
Experience analyzing test data and yield trends
-
Experience in production test environment or semiconductor manufacturing.

Exposure to mixed signal or RF device testing.
-
Experience working with NPI test development flows.
