Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Contracts Administrator MEP (Pre & Post) with 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will manage all contractual aspects of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works covering both pre-award and post-award phases. This role demands expertise in contract negotiation administration compliance and risk management for high-value technically complex semiconductor projects.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Award Contract Management:
- Draft review and negotiate MEP contracts subcontracts and procurement agreements for semiconductor projects.
- Collaborate with legal commercial and technical teams to ensure contract terms meet project and regulatory requirements.
- Support bid and proposal processes including contract risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Support negotiation of contract conditions with vendors and contractors
Post-Award Contract Administration:
- Administer MEP contracts throughout the project lifecycle including change management claims and dispute resolution.
- Monitor contract performance compliance and deliverables; maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
- Liaise with clients vendors and internal teams to resolve contractual issues and ensure timely execution of obligations.
Risk & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to internal policies statutory regulations and industry standards (e.g. SOX ISO).
- Support audits contract reviews and compliance reporting.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks through proactive monitoring.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for MEP contract-related matters with clients consultants and project teams.
- Provide guidance and training to junior contract administrators and project staff.
Qualifications :
- B.E / in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering./Masters in Law Engineering Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in contract administration for large-scale industrial projects.
- Must have experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing facility projects.
- Proven track record in managing MEP contracts for EPC/PMC assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with both greenfield and brownfield semiconductor projects.
- Familiarity with international contract standards (e.g. FIDIC NEC AIA).
- Certification in contract management (e.g. CCM CPCM) is an advantage.
