Youll work in a fast-paced creative environment where ideas are valued and execution is a part time (0.6 FTE) 12-month fixed-term contract based in our Melbourne CBD office. Youll join a collaborative supportive team with a strong focus on delivering great outcomes while maintaining balance. The office is currently trialing a 9-day fortnight with every second Friday off.A day in the life In this role youll lead the development and delivery of national multi-market campaigns that drive audience impact and commercial work closely with content sales marketing and digital teams to create and execute standout brand experiences for SCAs audiences shows and partners. As a key stakeholder across our networked shows youll ensure campaigns are strategically aligned well targeted and delivered to a consistently high standard across balance creative thinking with commercial focus setting the benchmark for campaign execution while building strong trusted relationships and leading with confidence collaboration and Youll NeedExtensive experience and knowledge of radio/media promotions marketing branding PR digital media and/or social media strategyIn depth knowledge of content sales and promotions in the radio/media industry including an understanding of the business benefits of integration across all platformsExcellent people and resource management skillsSuccessful track record leading motivating and inspiring complex teams; leading teams towards the delivery of creative solutionsAbility to provide creative and practical solutions to meet Sales briefs and Content development needsExcellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal with staff and clients at all levelsKeen interest in news popular culture and current affairs relevant to SCAs audiencesLet us sweeten the deal!SCA GIGs Our internal talent development program helps you cross-skill and grow within Parental Leave 20 weeks of gender-neutral leave to support all Perks Extra leave for your birthday and volunteering plus free and discounted concert and footy tickets.
