Job Description:
Systems Analyst for Legally Exempt Facility Application and Management System
Day to Day:
1. Assume the role as Analyst for LE FAMS
2. Documenting business rules for the re-engineering of the current paper process to a .Net solution.
3. Designing the test plan and conducting testing of the code.
4. Interact with both users and the members of the development team.
5. Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that the work is done in a timely way consistent with the Project Plan.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Systems Analyst: Specializes in analyzing designing and implementing information systems. Assesses the suitability of information systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaises with end users software vendors and programmers in order to achieve these outcomes. Uses analysis and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology. Serves as change agent who identifies the organizational improvements needed designs systems to implement those changes and trains and motivates others to use the systems.
Expert: 84 months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Requested Qualifications:
- 84 months experience writing technical/business applications.
- 72 months experience writing test plans cases and performing unit & regression testing.
- 84 months experience facilitating meetings with users to identify & gather business needs business rules & security requirements.
- 24 months experience re-engineering paper-based processes into web solutions.
- 48 months experience with SQL coding for writing SQL data queries for extraction and/or validation of application data.
- Bachelors Degree
