Job Description

We are partnering with a leading European property services group that is on a mission to care for people by improving their living and working surroundings. With a rapidly scaling presence across eight countries (including the Nordics Germany and the UK) and a workforce of nearly 15000 professionals they are combining entrepreneurial spirit with responsible growth. They are currently investing heavily in building a greenfield modern data platform to enable advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making across the entire organization.

Performance Objectives for Year One

Architect and Deploy Scalable ETL Pipelines: Within the first 6 months design and build robust data ingestion pipelines to consolidate data from diverse internal and external sources across multiple European regions into the new cloud platform.
Implement Modern Transformation Workflows: Lead the adoption of dbt (Data Build Tool) to standardize transformation logic ensuring all data models are documented version-controlled and optimized for analytics consumption.
Drive the Adoption of Microsoft Fabric: Partner with architects to implement Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric solutions ensuring the platform is future-proof scalable and secure.
Establish Data Ops Excellence: By the end of year one implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for data workflows reducing deployment errors and automating testing processes.
Enable Self-Service Analytics: Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clean modeled datasets that empower analytics teams to generate reliable reports without manual intervention.
