Job Summary
Job Description Sales Assistant Apprentice Euronext Commodities
The Euronext Commodities team is seeking an apprentice to assist with a variety of financial operational and commercial support this position you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the teams day-to-day operations. Please note that this role does not involve data analysis or coding.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting and Presentations
- Update internal reporting (monthly quarterly and annual).
- Maintain and prepare client and internal stakeholder presentations.
Finance and Billing
- Key Accounts Volume Analysis: monitor trading volumes of major clients and ensure billing accuracy in coordination with Finance and Billing teams.
- Supplier Invoicing: process supplier invoices track their status and follow up on payments in collaboration with internal teams.
Marketing & Communication
- Contribute to website updates.
- Provide ad hoc support for communication initiatives (documents content and commercial materials).
Profile
- Well-organized detail-oriented and reliable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in French and English both written and spoken.
