JD #1 AI Solution Lead (Data Scientist / Agentic AI Architect)
Role Overview
The AI Solution Lead will spearhead the design architecture and deployment of intelligent automation and GenAI solutions that enhance PwC Managed Services delivery across Finance and ERP AMS (Oracle & SAP). This role combines applied AI data science and automation engineering to transform service delivery through LLM-powered agents RAG workflows and predictive insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI solution architectures for Finance Ops and ERP AMS processes.
- Develop LLM and agentic workflows using LangChain AutoGen CrewAI or Semantic Kernel.
- Lead RAG pipelines and embedding design using Pinecone Chroma or FAISS.
- Integrate AI solutions with Oracle SAP and Finance Ops systems via APIs and OIC.
- Build and optimize prompt chains for autonomous agents ensuring governance and auditability.
- Define reusability frameworks and common components for MS AI Factory.
- Collaborate with Finance and ERP SMEs to translate business pain points into AI use cases.
- Lead a small team of AI engineers to prototype and deploy solutions in 6-week sprints.
Required Technical Skills
- Advanced Python with LLM frameworks (LangChain CrewAI AutoGen).
- Strong experience in LLM APIs (OpenAI Anthropic Gemini Mistral).
- Familiarity with Finance data models and ERP (Oracle / SAP).
- Vector databases RAG patterns and LLM fine-tuning.
- Cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI AWS Bedrock GCP Vertex).
- CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions Docker Kubernetes).
Preferred Experience
- 812 years in AI/ML and automation.
- Delivered AI solutions in Managed Services or ERP operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional AI projects from POC to production.
Education
/ / MS in Computer Science AI or Data Science; AI/ML certifications preferred.
