Top Talent Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Advisor for their office in Athens Greece.
Position: Customer Advisor
Location: Athens Greece

Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries efficiently
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Build strong sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools and systems
- Meet individual and team performance targets including case handling quotas
- Maintain clear records of customer interactions accounts and documentation
- Follow established communication procedures guidelines and policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum C1 level)
- Strong customer orientation with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Proven contact handling and customer communication skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills including active listening and adaptability to different personalities.
- Strong PC skills and general computer literacy.
- Fast learner with strong comprehension abilities.
- Good MS Office skills are an advantage.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Previous experience in customer support or client service is a plus.
