Job Summary
The Special Projects Operative supports the planning coordination and execution of high-priority and cross-functional projects assigned by senior management. This role requires flexibility strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across departments to deliver projects on time within scope and to required standards.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning execution and monitoring of special projects and strategic initiatives.

Coordinate with internal teams vendors and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

Conduct research data collection and analysis to support project decisions.

Prepare project documentation reports presentations and status updates for management.

Track timelines budgets risks and deliverables; escalate issues when required.

Support process improvements operational enhancements and change initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies quality standards and safety regulations.

Perform ad-hoc operational or administrative tasks related to assigned projects.
Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; project management tools are a plus.

Strong teamwork and stakeholder coordination skills.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management Operations or a related field (preferred).

14 years of experience in project support operations or a similar role.
-
Experience working in cross-functional teams is an advantage.
