Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse who is passionate about making a real this role you will deliver clinical excellence and person-centred care while supporting residents to live fulfilling lives. You will also act as a leader mentor and advocate for dignity and respect within our vibrant community.

What We Offer

21.50 to 22.50 per hour
Day and night shifts available
Full-time part-time and bank positions offered
Annual NMC revalidation paid
Pension Paid PVG Uniform provided
5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full-time contract

What You Will Do
You will assess needs and develop personalised care plans ensuring care is delivered safely and effectively. You will guide and organise the care team at the start of each shift and ensure clear communication during handovers. You will complete clinical observations monitor changes in health administer medications accurately and maintain detailed written records. You will build strong relationships with residents and families respond promptly to concerns promote independence and support meaningful daily engagement. You will encourage nutrition and hydration uphold high standards of safety and contribute to a calm supportive environment.

What We Are Looking For

Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC PIN
A caring compassionate and professional approach
Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
Confidence in leading and supporting colleagues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality person-centred care
