Job Summary

Title: HR Payroll Executive Company: RayaCX Location: 6th of October City Egypt Contract Details: Full-time RayaCX is a leading customer experience management company with a global presence. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Payroll Executive to join our team in 6th of October City Egypt. Key Responsibilities: - Process payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies - Maintain employee records and update payroll system with any changes - Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management - Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits - Collaborate with finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits - Manage employee benefits programs and enrollment - Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures - Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance - Stay up-to-date with payroll and labor laws to ensure compliance and make recommendations for process improvements Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources Finance or related field - Minimum of 3 years experience in payroll administration - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations - Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for growth and development within our company.
