Job Summary
Greenberg Traurig (GT) a global law firm has a dynamic full-time employment opportunityfor a junior or mid-level Associate in the International Venture Capital and Corporate Practice of our Salt Lake City office. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in domestic and internationalventure financings private company mergers and acquisitionsand general corporate governance. Candidates will ideally have a strong workingknowledge of venture capital forms and financings acquisition agreements and other documentation used in M&A transactions and proficiency in drafting the same. Spanish and/or Portuguese language fluency is ideal. Candidates should bewell-versed in the mechanics of leading a venture capital financing and M&A transaction from inception to closing andhave experience leading due diligence teams. This position requires a candidate withstrong interpersonal skills a high degree of maturity and a proven willingness to acceptsignificant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-pacedenvironment. Candidates should have the ability to work effectively as part of a teamacross practice areas and a willingness to train junior associates. Strong academiccredentials and writing skills are essential.
