Talent Acquisition Intern

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Internto join our HR team and support our Talent Acquisition team in attracting engaging and hiring top talent at Premier Inc. This internship offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle and provides a strong foundation for a future career in HR or talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibility #1-100%

• Support recruiters in managing end-to-end recruitment activities.

• Assist with posting requisitions.

• Help source and identify potential candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and internal databases.

• Review and screen resume to match qualified candidates to open roles.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Workday.

• Participate in initial phone screensor candidate outreach when appropriate.

• Participate in Intake Sessions with the Recruiters and Hiring Managers

• Help to create candidate pools in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Interest in recruitment and HR processes

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels.

Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business or a related field

Education:

• Obtaining a bachelors degree in business administration Human Resources Organizational Development and/or Leadership.
