Job Summary

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer interactions via phone email and/or chat in French
  • Provide support related to:

  • Product usage & basic troubleshooting

  • Orders deliveries returns and general inquiries

  • After-sales and account-related support

  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience

  • Accurately document interactions in internal systems

  • Meet defined quality productivity and customer satisfaction KPIs

  • Escalate complex cases when needed and follow resolution procedures

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

What Were Looking For

  • Native or near-native French (C1/C2)

  • Good command of English (B2 or higher)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment

  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM tools

  • Previous customer support experience is an advantage not a requirement
