Your Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions via phone email and/or chat in French
Provide support related to:
Product usage & basic troubleshooting
Orders deliveries returns and general inquiries
After-sales and account-related support
Ensure a high-quality customer experience
Accurately document interactions in internal systems
Meet defined quality productivity and customer satisfaction KPIs
Escalate complex cases when needed and follow resolution procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
What Were Looking For
Native or near-native French (C1/C2)
Good command of English (B2 or higher)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment
Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM tools
Previous customer support experience is an advantage not a requirement
