Assistant Nurse Manager / RN
The Assistant Nurse Manager plays a key leadership role in the Leadership Team overseeing daily clinical and operational functions to ensure seamless patient care across the continuum. This role demands a dynamic leader capable of managing both clinical excellence and operational performance all while ensuring that patient care remains the top priority. You will lead staff drive clinical practice development and manage patient care delivery while being accountable for team performance quality safety compliance financials throughput workflow and scheduling. Reporting to the Nurse Manager you will develop implement and evaluate systems that promote high-quality cost-effective and safe care.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 10 lbs. 67-100% of the workday (constantly).
