About the RoleThe Training and Development Coordinator is responsible for owning and delivering all training programs at the Oconto facility. Youll lead training efforts from onboarding through compliance and skill development ensuring employees have the knowledge and tools needed to perform safely and effectively. This role partners closely with leaders and employees to build capability and support a culture of continuous Youll DoOwn and manage the site-wide training program for the Oconto facilityLead and support training department personnelAssess training needs through employee interaction manager input and feedbackDesign and deliver onboarding orientation compliance and skills-based trainingDevelop customized training programs to support job performance and growthCreate or source training materials manuals and course contentTrack training records attendance assessments and retraining requirementsEvaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programsWhat Were Looking For2 years of experience facilitating and developing training programsAssociate or Bachelors degree in HR Training & Development or related field preferredStrong presentation communication and facilitation skillsExperience using a variety of training platforms and methodsAbility to design and implement effective training solutionsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and training-related softwareAbility to flex schedule to support multiple shiftsOrganizational ValuesSafety Teamwork Customer Focus Ownership Initiative CreativityThis role demonstrates Ownership through complete accountability for site training programs and Teamwork by partnering with leaders and employees across the facility.
