About the Job

Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. Were currently seeking a full-time Marketing and Outreach Coordinator. The Marketing & Outreach Coordinator will implement marketing communications and community outreach strategies that increase awareness of the organizations mission programs and impact. This position also manages social media communications supports fundraising and engagement initiatives and ensures consistent brand messaging across all platforms. This position will also build and maintain relationships with community partners volunteers and external stakeholders to strengthen community presence and participation. Working closely with agency staff the position helps promote programs events and success stories across digital and community channels. The ideal candidate is collaborative creative organized and passionate about Seasons mission. This position could be based in Sioux Center IA or Spencer IA.

Salary Range

$20.00-$23.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience)

Requirements

At least an Associates degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations Business Administration or a related field is required
This position requires some travel so a valid drivers license is required
A Bachelors degree is preferred but not required
Awareness of behavioral health services is preferred but not required
