Job Summary
DiningRD is actively seeking a Registered Dietitian/s to complete quarterly onsite visits. RD will be responsible for food safety and sanitation audits dining audits and clinical referrals. Each community averages 4-6 hours per quarter. Depending on candidates availability and number of communities serviced hours could be as much as 66 hours per quarter or average of 20-22 hours per month. These communities can be split between more than one RD.
Must have NDTR/RD credential awarded from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

KEY RESPONSIBLITITES MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Completion of MDS assessments Section K CAA
- Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems.
- Participation in the care planning process.
- Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety sanitation and quality of food.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials.
- Licensed (if required by State)
- 2 years of consulting/long term care is preferred but we will consider many factors.
