Senior Supervisor, Omni Channel Services

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Within the Marketplace Supply Chain you will be part of the Canada team and lead a team of Supply Chain Specialists.

You will partner and liaise with the account leadership (external) account-facing cross-functional team seasonal excellence teams planning finance and distribution centre teams.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

As Senior Supervisor Supply Chain Canada you will provide business and team leadership towards fulfillment of orders to our accounts in close partnership with our Nike Marketplace Partners and Distribution Centre teams.

You will bring strong E2E operations and commercial management expertise to drive focused attention on KPIs and deliver business results.

You will represent the voice of Supply Chain operations towards our internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient operations and mutually profitable growth to be successful in this role you will need to be able to embrace and lead change deal with ambiguity and act with courage. You will need to be able to bring a mature leadership style to lead and develop your team foster effective teamwork and ensure clarity and accountability to the Canada team.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Lead coach and develop team members to achieve performance expectations and strengthen overall team capability.
• Partner with management to build and activate action plans aligned to organizational and marketplace strategy.
• Monitor interpret and optimize performance KPIs to elevate service levels and drive databased decisionmaking.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance orderbook management and operational efficiency.
• Support the rollout of new processes analytical tools and solutions including delivering training and driving adoption across teams.
• Partner crossfunctionally to execute product launches manage the orderbook deliver seasonal activities and advance key initiatives.
• Drive alignment on shipment and flow plans ensuring accuracy capacity alignment and connection to financial targets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership including the MSC Senior Manager to align on partner strategies and execute plans that achieve business goals.
• Lead daytoday operational execution fostering accountability and consistency across the team.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelors degree in business or related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis on marketplace supply chain transportation and/or logistics
• Experience managing and coaching a team with demonstrated interest in continuous learning and leadership development
• Ability to effectively communicate manage difficult conversations with stakeholders and influence decision making
• Experience interest and ability to work in a fast paced ambiguous environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to senior business audiences
• Proven order management experience is required
• Strong analytical strategic and criticalthinking skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP (or similar)
• Strong executivelevel communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership
