About the role

Were helping our client a growing B2B Saas Scaleup in Portugal in hiring aEnterprise Account Director to own complex high-value B2B SaaS deals in Portugal.
This is a hands-on role focused on closing large accounts navigating multi-stakeholder environments and building predictable enterprise revenue.

You will not be passing leads forward. You will run the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with high ownership and accountability.

What youll do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle: discovery demos proposals negotiation and close

  • Sell to large companies and enterprise accounts in Portugal

  • Build and manage a structured pipeline in HubSpot with accurate forecasting

  • Generate a significant part of your own pipeline through outbound

  • Navigate long non-linear sales cycles with multiple stakeholders (HR Finance Legal Procurement Leadership)

  • Deliver clear frontline feedback to Product Marketing and Customer Success

  • Take full ownership of deal strategy and execution

How success is measured

  • ARR generated from enterprise accounts

  • Pipeline coverage and quality

  • Forecast accuracy and CRM discipline

  • End-to-end ownership of complex long-cycle deals

Must-haves (non-negotiable)

  • Proven experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales

  • Enterprise sales experience in Portugal

  • Track record selling to large organizations

  • Exposure to structured sales methodologies / sales schools

  • Strong outbound discipline and deal orchestration skills

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese

  • Comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce HubSpot or similar CRM

  • Experience selling HR benefits insurance or adjacent enterprise solutions

This role is hard because

  • Sales cycles are long and political

  • Deals involve risk compliance and internal decision-making

  • Youll influence how large companies operate not just sell a product

  • Most of the pipeline wont magically appear consistency matters

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary:

  • Commission: 8% on all revenue sold (uncapped)

  • Equity: Stock options
