Job Summary

The Help Desk Specialist at Au Natural Organics provides first-level technical and customer support to employees and customers of our organic care company. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware software and system issues while delivering friendly reliable service that reflects our commitment to sustainability wellness and ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT and system-related support requests
  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware software and network issues
  • Assist users with email password resets operating systems and company applications
  • Document issues solutions and resolutions in the help desk ticketing system
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when necessary
  • Set up configure and maintain workstations printers and mobile devices
  • Provide guidance on cybersecurity best practices and data protection
  • Support remote users and on-site staff as needed
  • Maintain a high level of customer service while resolving technical issues

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associate degree or certification in IT Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous experience in a help desk IT support or technical support role preferred
  • Familiarity with Windows macOS and common office software
  • Basic knowledge of networking hardware and troubleshooting techniques
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
  • Interest in organic sustainable or eco-friendly business practices is a plus
